APEX LOCATION
We are currently full- please inquire to be put on the waitlist
• 2x day feeding of quality grain and free choice hay (will feed other owner-provided grains, hay, supplements & medications at no additional cost)
• 12' x 12' stalls cleaned daily
• Lighted covered arena and outdoor arena with full course of jumps
• Shoo-Fly fly spray system
• Daily turnout- semi private or private (Limited availability for individual turnout - $200 additional/month)
• 1 blanket/fly sheet/fly mask change per day
• Access to tack room and private tack lockers
• 2 hot/cold wash stalls and 4 grooming bays
• Access to trails
• Family friendly, quiet atmosphere and great views
• Holding for vet/farrier available for additional fee
• Farm owner and manager live on site
CHAPEL HILL LOCATION
Limited spots available beginning February 1st, 2025

• 12' x 14' stalls cleaned daily
• Automatic waterers in barn
• 60' x 75' lighted covered arena, 70' x 120' outdoor arena and 1 acre sand/grass jump field with jump course
• Shoo-Fly fly spray system
• Daily turnout- small group or private (Limited availability for individual turnout - $200 additional/month)
• 1 blanket/fly sheet/fly mask change per day
• Access to tack room with sink and washer/dryer
• 2 hot/cold wash stalls
• Access to trails
• Family friendly, quiet atmosphere and great views
• Holding for vet/farrier available for additional fee
• Climate controlled office and lounge
• Management has access to 24/7 cameras

TRAINING BOARD
• Full care board amenities dependent on location
• Offsite schooling and showing at owner's expense
• Access to trailering to Apex location for Chapel Hill boarders
Partial training board [ 2 training rides / lessons per week ] $1300
Full training board [ 4 training rides / lessons per week ] $1600
Individual training rides - $50 / ride
CONSIGNMENT BOARD

All horses consigned for sale and representation through Oakwood Sport Horses LLC are subject to a $500 no-sale / minimum fee
$500 minimum required to consign with our farm; this covers fees related to advertising, interacting with potential buyers, time blocked to schedule showings, etc. The $500 minimum consignment fee is applied toward your set commission rate if rate exceeds minimum.
