QUICK FACTS:

•1.5-hour session: $200

•Includes handler and horse prep/bathing the day before when scheduled

•Additional time billed at $75 per 30 minutes

•Ground portraits are standard

•Mounted photos available by request

ADDITIONAL ADD ONS:

•Mounted Photoshoots (only select horses and only when approved by Oakwood Staff)

•Additional mounted handling or extra prep may increase the fee

•Second horse included in shoot

•Additional styling/theme setup

•Seasonal or specialty sessions

HOW IT WORKS:

•Submit interest form after reviewing all information

•We confirm date, horse, and session type

•Invoice and agreement are sent

•Payment is collected before the session

•Session is held by appointment only

•All sessions are by appointment only

•Clients and photographers must arrive on time. Please notify Oakwood Farm if any parties are running late

•Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time

•Any extra time must be approved by staff and is subject

•Oakwood Farm reserves the right to stop a session if horse safety, weather, or conduct becomes a concern

•Children must be supervised at all times

•No running, yelling, feeding, or approaching horses without permission

•No one may enter stalls, pastures, or restricted areas unless escorted by staff

•Props, furniture, flowers, smoke, confetti, food, and special effects must be approved in advance

•Weather decisions are made by Oakwood Farm

•All fees are subject to cancellation and rescheduling policies.
